1.Payment term: 30% down payment should be paid before production of machine, 70% balance should be paid before machine leave out of seller’s factory. Other payment term is negotiable.2.Production period: about 3 months after all specification and drawing of machine are confirmed by the buyer.3. Shipment: On behalf of buyer, seller can arrange the shipping, but the shipping freight shouldbe borne by buyer. One machine needs about 4 pieces of 40HQ containers.4. Installation: Both side air tickets for Chinese Engineer, fooding, lodging. If the engineer stay exceeds 10 day then per day charge will be 80 USD.5. Warranty of the equipment：ONE YEAR from the date of delivery. If the damage of parts is caused by human error in operation from buyer side, buyer need to bear the parts cost.
