Woodmaster (India) Machines Pvt. Ltd. is formed by the merger of three companies namely, Niranjan Singh and Sons (Regd), N. S. Machine Tools (Regd), and Woodmaster (India).

Niranjan Singh and Sons (Regd):

Niranjan Singh and Sons dates back to the pre-independence era. It was established in Lahore (now in Pakistan). Late S. Niranjan Singh was the founder of the firm. Later, in the year 1945, a branch of this company was founded in Ludhiana, Punjab. The company manufactured simple woodworking planners and Band Saw Machines.

N.S. Machine Tools (Regd):

N.S. Machine Tools was incepted in the year 1989. Though originally established for Research and Development of panel processing machines, it did not take it too long to venture into production of high-quality machinery. With persistent efforts and dedication, this company went on becoming a leading manufacturer of advanced woodworking machines.

Today, N.S. Machine Tools is the only manufacturer of a complete range of panel process machinery in India. The range of machinery includes Hot Press, Cold Press, Thermo Roller Press, Profile Trimmer, Dimension Saw, Trimmer, Buffer and Cutting Machine, and many more.

Woodmaster India:

In the year 2000, the company added another feather in its hat and established Woodmaster India.

This unittoo was founded with the purpose of Research and Development. However, it did not limit itself in R&D and went on tomanufacture modular kitchen and Bamboo processing machinery.

Today, Woodmaster India produces all the primary bamboo processing machines, as well as secondary working machines.

Woodmaster (India) Machines Pvt. Ltd.:

In 2006, the third and fourth generation of the family ventured into the industry and Woodmaster (India) Machines Pvt. Ltd. was born with the merger of the above-mentioned three companies. Today, the company manufactures and supplies an array of woodworking machines to India and other parts of the world.

Woodmaster (India) Machines Pvt. Ltd. is the true paradigm of the woodworking industry. Having already given four generations to the industry, the company promises to serve in perpetuity.
