Available with us is a gamut of a complete automatic work Cycle Control System called A One Bi-Axial Rotomoulding Machine that is operated through pc / plc. The various factors of the work cycle such as visualizing the temperature trends, timing of molding, handling production procedures are controlled by the command peripherals (Mouse and Keyboard). Provision for 3 or 4 Arm that will concurrently change station to station, alternating between different phases. Possibility of multiple cycle customization such as double loading/unloading station and pre-cooling. Fitting of the mould is done on the Arms of the Machine and a predetermined amount of Plastic, either in powder or liquid form, is placed in one half of a mould. The mold is closed and the Arms moves towards the oven, where the mould is Rotated Biaxial inside the oven. Melting of Plastic takes place and it forms a coating over the inside surface of the mould. The Arm is cooled after removing from the oven and the mould is opened, to remove the hollow part.
