Technical specification of Reversible drum mixer.

     (i)     Mixer carrying / mixing capacity 1 Cu. M (1000 Liters) per batch.

      (ii)    Fabricate from 5mm M S sheet.

      (iii)   With inlet-discharge suit suitable to discharge mix material in final product   silo.           

      (iv)    Electric motor will be 12 HP with counter shaft reduction system.

      (v)     Electric vibrator on inlet suit of mixer. Mini dust collector at out let side for  Minimize dusting in shed.               

    (vi)     Drum rotates and guided on 5 Tapper heavy rollers.

 (vii)     Size of drum: 1500 dia X 2800 Length. Drum rotation 12 RPM

 (ix)    Leg mounting direct on ground to minimize humming of machine in platform.

 (x)     With dust collect at the discharge side of mixer.

 (xi)    Two coat of red oxide and 2 coats of auto paint.
