Description

The system is capable of handling multi-ingredient Batching & Mixing operation, with all necessary Interlocking, Timing, Alarm generation, Event-logging, Recipe & Report generation facility. It provides a simple & user-friendly graphical interface to the operator for ease-of-use. The system can handle up to with 4 Aggregates, 3 Cements, Water and 2 Admixtures, being accurately Batched on ‘weight’ basis. The Mixing operation is ‘timed’ accurately to provide a homogeneous mix. The discharge is on ‘weight’ basis which ensures quick & complete discharge of the Mixer.
