Clamping force ranges from 15–250 tons with 75–600 litres oil capacity. It features a 0°–180° rotary function with clockwise/anticlockwise movement and fast-slow speed for precise positioning.
Includes three-column vertical clamping and a lock pin for accurate mould positioning.
Rotary Injection Moulding Machine
Vertical three-column robust clamping with a vertical screw-type injection system ensures stable performance. The large L/D ratio provides homogeneous and optimum melt for all types of engineering plastics. It features a standard rotary system with 0–180° clockwise and anti-clockwise movement, along with programmable fast-slow speed and precise positioning. High-tech safety devices, an additional mould lock pin, and a light curtain sensor ensure operator safety. The machine structure is designed for robot interface for full automation, and the hydraulic ejector stroke can be easily adjusted through the HMI.
