The sterilization cycle operates on principle of downward displacement of air. • Monitored approval of vessel design and welding procedures

• Continued use of the best materials available. For instance, our pressure vessels are only made from grade 316L stainless steel for its superior corrosion resistance over other grades.

Features:
• Sterilization chamber is ASTM 304L Stainless Steel.
• All equipment is manufactured following or exceeding the current GMP rules. Easy validation as per FDA and international requirements.
• Supporting structure and concealing panels are in 304 stainless steel.
• Insulation is provided using high density ceramic glass wool material covered with 304 stainless steel sheets.
• All valves and fittings are sanitary.
• The chamber is baffled for proper steam distribution, thus minimizing wetting of the load with condensate.
• Orbital welding of piping.
• Chamber and piping is mirror finished with roughness.
• External jacket in AISI 304 Stainless Steel.
