The purpose of this machine is to reduce 50% man power and increase the production rate by 100% compared with existing manual process. The user friendly GUI eases the operation, controls and settings. This fully automated processing machine is used to automate 3 different process, viz, Pick and place Aluminum die cast bush holder, Insert Bush into bush holder using a heavy duty Pneumatic press, Burnishing operation, Auto ejection of finished product. It is controlled and driven by a high end PLC based system. Pneumatic and servo technologies are used to drive the machine. This machine is designed in such a way that it can accommodate 2 different shapes and 9 different sizes of Bush holders and 5 different sizes of bushes. It requires very less manual intervention to load the raw materials. This machine is equipped with all safety features thus ensuring operator safety. It has a protective and transparent doors and side walls to monitor the live operation of the process.
