Commercial Terms & Condition
Prices: ex-works, faridabad. Unloading, packing & forwarding (freight) extra as actual.
Gst 18%: extra as applicable 
Payment: 40% advance balance 60% before delivery/inspection of machine at our works, faridabad.
Delivery: 45 days after receipt of techno-commercial clear order along with advance.
Warranty: electrical, electronics-1 year and all mechanical parts cover under 
Warranty/guaranty of 18 months from the dispatch date.  
Service: Our technician will commission the machine at your works within 7days of unloading of machine.  The technician will stay for two day – one night, complaint will be attended within 48 hours, if any. The buyer will be responsible for the two-way air/train tickets, local transportation, accommodations and meals during their stay for commissioning or attending the complaint. The buyer should provide all the necessary means and personnel to help on the installation and start up of the machinery
