Cylindrical casing of Axial flow fan will be fabricated out of suitable thickness of mild steel sheets with adequate size for fine clearance as is practicable for better efficiency. Impeller is aluminum casted and aerofoil of blades is designed to have maximum efficiency at lesser H.P. impeller is statically and dynamically balanced for minimum vibrations and wear & tear of running parts. Impeller moves inside the casing and leaves with a rotational components due to work done by the Impeller torque. Thus the absolute velocity of sucked air is higher.
