Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra is an elastomeric polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied protective roof waterproofing coating designed to resist water intrusion. The high solids polymers in Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra provides weather resistance mechanical properties, long-term durability. Upon curing, forming thick protective totally watertight, highly elastic and durable membrane without seams or joints. The waterproofing membrane is resistant to UV radiation, with high solar –reflectance index 106 and highly resistant to ponding water.
