Using a polyurethane curing oven is a wise choice to speed up a drawn-out chemical process. All reputable auto manufacturers use a continuous process oven created by MV International to handle polyurethane foam. Filling aluminium moulds with polyurethane froth is the curing process.  Heat is used in curing applications to initiate a chemical reaction that solidifies plastic or epoxy, cures a finish or adhesive onto a product, etc. The end result is a more durable, tough, and stable material or coating that resists corrosion and/or changes in temperature and/or humidity.
