Description

Ctronix, brand Bi Axial tester is one of the Pioneer Biaxial Testing instruments in India. The machine is completely automatic and is driven by a host PC running a dedicated software. The dedicated software has a simple GUI to operate the machine, The basic principle is to ensure the steady stressing of sample across X and Y axis and plot the Stress & Elongation across axis. The operator attaches the sample to the Jaws on both the axis

The test rig is operated via the GUI and starts stressing the sample.

During the stressing of the sample a real time Force and Elongation is displayed on the

screen.

On detection of the tear the jaws move back to the test length and the next sample can be

tested.
