Rollers material is D2 and chromed and grinded at 62°.

As we all know, coil material can’t produce good products without flattening and stress relieving treatment: therefore, the performance of the straightener is critical in the production process. SPECIAL FEATURES:
• Multi Straightening Rollers.
• All rollers are made of D2 steel, have all been quenched, hard chrome plated and grinded with HRC 60°.
• Achieves perfect leveling performance.
• Easy to set material thickness.
