Zincalume Steel Bolted Panel Modular Liquid storage Tanks
• Zincalume steel tanks are lined with reinforced PVC, UV Stabilized, Anti- Algae liners.• These tanks have a rust free life of 40 years plus and are decidedly cheaper than RCC, MS, Stainless steel and FRP tanks thus provide substantial saving in cost.• The Zincalume steel tanks are used extensively for Domestic and Commercial purposes, applications like Potable (Drinking ) water, Fire fighting water, Treated water,D.M Water, Rain water harvesting, Waste water storage in ETP/STP, Edible oils, and Chemicals (pH 3-7) etc.• Please note that material does not come in contact with Metallic parts of the Tank• These tanks are assembled at site, can be easily shifted from one location to any other location. These Tanks can be installed within 2 days to a week depending on the capacity. These tanks require virtually no maintenance.• The tanks would be dispatched as ready to assemble panels, with liners and all accessories.• The Transport cost are thus minimal.• The tanks are normally assembled on a concrete ring beam of about 450 mm width X 300 mm height.• To be filled with earth in the middle. This civil work at the site will need to be provided by the client.• The tank can also be installed on RCC Platform and steel sheets.• Plumbing connection to be done by client’s plumbing team• A detailed drawing would be supplied on receipt of confirmed order.
