• Mainly used in commercial purpose for ferrying passengers

• Lift installed on the exterior face of the building or in the lobby

• The range of lifts is from 8 persons to 40 persons for a three-sided glass capsule. 5 sided glass capsule is available for a minimum size of 13 persons. 

• Octagonally shaped lifts are also being designed.

• Bottom lit marble floors, bell-shaped roofs and cabin exteriors can be provided.

• Glass doors are provided

• Speed range from 0.5 m/sec to 2.5 m/sec

• Lifts can be traction machine based or hydraulic machine based depending on the machine room location

• Additional features as floor announcer system, door sensor, emergency stop switches, telephone/speaker facility, etc. are available as per customer   requirement. 

• We provide LED lighting and blower/fan in lift ceilings.

• Door header used in automatic central opening and telescopic door

• 13mm Usha  Martin Rope is used

• Door sensors are used in auto door lift

• Safety features such as ARD (Auto rescue device) is installed, along with alarm bell, overload device, and fireman system.

• Microprocessor controller used with VVVF drive

• Works best with Three Phase electricity supply
