Description

The components are kept on a trolley at the load / unload platform of the machine. When the Cycle Start button is pressed, the trolley slides inside the cabinet. The front door closes automatically. The component trolley once inside the chamber, the pressurized hot alkaline solution is sprayed over the components thru set of nozzles for specific cleaning and to make the component contamination free.While the spray is on, the component rotates at fixed revolutions for better cleaning effect, giving a relative motion between spray and the components.
