ULTRASONIC PLASTIC WELDING MACHINE- This machine is developed by Ultra Autosonic India which is suitable for sealing of plastic and laminated Tubes for Toothpaste, Ointment, Shampoo, Beauty Cream, washing cream, Adhesive, Shampoo, Hair Lotion, Colors, Jam, Chocolate Super Glue, Liquid and Paste etc. It works on the basic principle of energy of ultrasonic wave. Ultrasonic vibration creates a dynamic shear stress between the contacts of two work piece. This machining uses ultrasonic waves to produce high frequency force of low amplitude, which act as driving force of abrasive. Joining of thermoplastic components & insertion of metal components in the plastic components can be performed with the help of this machine.
