Features: • Frame: The robust frame is fabricated from solid steel plates with heavy cross ribbing to main housing for perfectly balanced distribution of stress over the cross section eliminating deflection and vibration and thus improving die and machine life. • Clutch: The pin key/revolving Key type clutch is manufactured from W. P. S. material duly heat treated to provide long trouble free service. • Crank Shaft And Bearings: The crankshaft is made out from special alloy steel and it has the precise ground finish. Heavy duty bearings and nickel, phosphoresce bushes with proper lubricating grooves ensures the adequate spread of the lubricating oil for smooth functioning. • Brake: Spring operated brake without centered plate system works according to timing adjustment to provide durability to the brake.
