Complete extruder for providing lining on outer surface or making COATED TUBES/ PETROL GARDEN PIPE (coating of the pipes outer surface with other/ virgin material during inline process).
Extruder size 32 mm, fixed with reduction gear box and 5.0 HP A.C. motor with temp. & Elect. Control panel having 3 digital temp. controllers and AC Variable speed drive for extruder motor. Barrel & screw made from Nitride steel (EN-41B) and duly Nitride hardened.
