Applications of vacuum oven include moisture content determination, dry sterilization, purification and out gassing of solids etc. Vacuum Oven is widely us in laboratory, pharmaceutical, microbiology etc. Vacuum Oven is used for drying heat sensitive materials such as powder to extract moisture. As vacuum drying lowers the boiling point; therefore, losses of compounds other than water are minimized. Vacuum Oven is available in two types one is Square and other is Round with temperature range up To 150°C or 200°C Construction:
Exterior : Exterior Body is made of M. S. Sheet with powder coated.
Inner Chamber : Inner chamber is made of Heavy gauge stainless steel 304 or 316 with arc
welding. Insulation : Insulation with high density glass wool insulation.
Door : The door is made of thick gauge of steel with toughened glass and durable clamp to close the door with silicone gasket at chamber.
