The materials used are SS 304, 316 and 316L. The fabrication involves a high level of precision welding using TIG welding and submerged arc welding. They are also used as on-line chillers in beverage industry for cooling the fruit juices to 2°C. The heat transfer area varies from 1 m² to 100 m². The design as per TEMA, API standards, codes ASME SEC VIII DIV1.
The class of heat exchangers is used for petroleum & processing industry, C used for commercial and general process application, B for Chemical process etc.
