Primary Current Injection Sets

₹ 10.00  Incl. GST ₹ 8.47 Excl. GST

Description

A) Technosys Primary Current Injection Sets: These models are designed to inject large currents from 100 to 1000 Amps needed for primary injection. The set includes an appropriately designed C.T. and a Digital Ammeter to monitor the injected current. The injected current is continuously adjustable from zero to maximum by a knob and the unit is rated for suitable time duration of the operation even at the maximum current.

Applications:

Testing of CTs, Circuit breakers with protection module, MCCBs, MCBs, Over load relays.
B) Technosys High Current Primary Injection Sets:
These models are designed to inject very high currents from 2000 Amps to 6000 Amps. These sets also include an appropriately designed C.T. and a Digital Ammeter to monitor the injected current. The injected current is continuously adjustable from zero to maximum by a knob and the unit is rated for suitable time duration of the operation even at the maximum current.

Applications:

Testing of CTs, Circuit breakers with protection module, Relays

C) Primary Current Injector Set with Trip Time Counter

These units are designed to measure the Tripping Time of ACBs. MCCBs, MCBs, Relays. The unit sources the current to be injected & also measures the tripping time in seconds & milliseconds. The models are available from 100 to 6000 Amps capacity. In addition it employs microcontroller based Tripping Time Counter to measure tripping time in seconds & milliseconds. A large LCD Display is used to indicate the values of current flowing & Tripping Time. The special feature of freezing the display at the instant of tripping of the circuit breaker keeps the above values available to you on the display even after the tripping operation is over. These values are reset to zero only after manually pressing the reset push button for making it ready for next operation. The counting of the time starts at the instant current is injected. The option is provided to stop the counting either when the current flow breaks due to tripping of the circuit breaker or by activation of external NO/NC contact.

Applications:

Testing of ACBs with protection modules, MCCBs, MCBs, Over Load Relays
