Description

Pull off Adhesion Tester is an easy to operate and fully portable, provides a test results values for adhesion. Applications include: paint or plasma spray on bridge decking, coatings on steel, aluminium or concrete, etc supplied with carrying case for site jobs.

Totally hand operated mechanical instrument. Hand Cutter for EN13144 and ISO 4624 tests.
Adhesion Tester is very simple and uses a test dolly. Dolly is bonded to the coating using an adhesive.
The tester consists of a spring arrangement which applies a lift force to the dolly.
When the dolly is pulled off the surface, an indicator on the scale shows the numerical value of adhesion expressed in
terms of the force required to remove the dolly.

Complies with International Standards : AS 1580.408.5, ASTM D 4541, EN 13144, ISO 4624, ISO 16276-1, JIS K
5600-5-7, NF T30-062, NF T30-606.
