The Four Pass solid (coal / wood) fired Thermic Fluid Heater comprises of two heat exchangers namely radiant pass heat exchanger & convective pass heat exchanger. Radiant pass heat exchanger is a coil with conical shape & highly graded insulating material on outer surface to resist heat loss. Convective pass is made of two parallel concentric helical coils designed for sufficient convective heat transfer.
