Ultrasonic Humidifier
Working Principle of Ultrasonic Humidifier : Metal Diaphragm vibrating at an Ultrasonic frequency creates water droplets in the form of cool fog.


Characteristics & Advantages :
  • Diameter of the fog produced is 1-5 micrometer when compared to 3-25 micrometer of other humidifiers. Due to smalled size of droplets the Humidity is absorbed by the air quickly and evenly. When droplets size is bigger it can settle directly over the metal parts of machinery without proper dispersion in the air causing corrosion of parts.
  • Cost of humidifying is as low as 0.05kw/kg/hr which is 1/10 to 1/15th of other humidifiers.
  • This technology doesn’t need nozzles, Fog output can be directly from the PVC pipe thus no issues such as nozzle blockages etc.

  • Ultrasonic humidifiers are almost maintenance free, as an Inbuilt RO Water purifies the Water before allowing it to enter the Equipment. (Optional)
  • The ultrasonic humidifier system does not generate heat at any point in humidification process.
