Specification:
- Working Temp Range: 20 – 35 oC ± 1 oC
- Digital Display: A digital temp. Controller cum indicator with pt -100 type sensor will be provided to control the temp. With an accuracy of ±1oC least count of indicators will be 0.1o C with alarm.
Material of Construction:
- Internal Chamber: Made up of Stainless Steel (Grade 304)
- Outer Chamber: Made of Stainless Steel (Grade 304) of 20 Gauge. With insulating wall of suitable materials like mineral/glass wool 65 mm thick or equivalent.
- Lid Opening: Double Walled Stainless Steel (304) sheet lined with hydraulic arms.
Additional Feature:
- Cooling coil on the side walls protected by perforated stainless steel sheet.
- Having heating and cooling arrangement with digital controller.
- 2 heater (2/3 KW each) with separate connection.
- Heater fitting will be such that it can be easily replaced as and when required.
- Water circulation pump for maintaining the uniform water temperature.
- With drainage arrangement 1.5” butterfly valve at bottom (back corner).
- Whole unit will be based on Four wheel loading capacity 2.0 T for easy movement (65 mm wheel size minimum)
- Panels for display and control knobs will have the arrangement for locking.
- Separate control for heating and cooling and water circulation pump.
- Safety circuit to safeguard the equipment in case of malfunction of controller.
