Falcon fmrc 200 x 50 roll compactor falcon roll compactor is a fantastic tool to increasing the bulk density of the material by making flakes with help of per-compression chamber (feeder screw) & main compression (two rolls). It can also be accompanied by online/offline granulator assembly to again reduce particle size and to get uniform sized granules. it comes with many features like: • all contact & non contact parts made of stainless steel • adjustable roll with hydraulic power pack • flame proof electric enclosure provision • plc & hmi touch screen panel provision • granulator assembly • different shape & size of rolls • roll compactor compliant fulfills the complete cgmp norms. • very compact design available in plain, water jacketed or flameproof model. • screw is driven through gear motor. • auto machine safety guard on/ off feature for additional safety and to avoid hazardous situation. • emergency on / off switch for safety and to avoid hazardous situation. • relay contractor to avoid over load tripping related issues. • roll chamber bracket will be teflon material & gasket will be food grade material. • rolls drive through twin’s shaft gearbox with speed drive unit coupled to it using coupling, which ensures synchronization of the rolls with a steady torque loading. • pre-densifier screw comprises of cylindrical or conical shape, which is well polished and made of aisi ss-304 quality material – ss 316 optional. • compacting rolls sleeves are made out of tool steel, hardened to 55 hrc approximately, and are keyed in to shafts and thus protected against axial slipping by thrust plates and bolts. • the feed screw assembly can be lifted by hand-operated hydraulic pump. this facilitates ease in cleaning. • scrapper assembly also designed to dismantle for ease of cleaning. • pre-compression chamber guides the powder without any slippage or leakage. • a separate panel board which consist all controls and indicators of the compactor are permanently built in namely, on/off rolls, on/off feed screw, main switch, forward/reverse • switch, ammeters for rolls and feed screw and emergency stop to avoid short circuit or fire hazard at the time of cleaning with water. • ss bracket pu wheel arrangement for easy to move or anti vibrating mounting pad. • adjustable rolls arrangement with support of hydraulic power pack backed. • water jacketed system for (rolls, screw coolers, shafting’s & gear box) – optional. • automated material charging through powder transfer system (pneumatic conveying system) – optional. • vacuum de – aeration system reduces air born particle guarantee better compressibility & higher yield (air purging system) - optional.
