Reverse Osmosis Treatment Water Plant

₹ 165000.00  Incl. GST ₹ 139830.51 Excl. GST

Description

Reverse Osmosis is reversal of natural process of osmosis - a process by which a dilute solution will pass through a semi-permeable barrier to a more concentrated solution.
In reverse osmosis, a pressure in excess of osmotic pressure is applied to a concentrated solution, forcing essentially pure water through the semipermeable membrane, leaving behind the dissolved solids. The result is a pure, essentially mineral-free stream of water.   Our expertise also lies in successfully handling the demands of Reverse Osmosis Plants that are precision designed so as to deliver multi protection levels. Each of the plant offered is designed to purify drinking water from various impurities. Further, these also consistently deliver totally safe & pure water free from micro organisms, dirt, smell as well as harmful dissolved solids. Available with the flow rate of 100 liters/ hr to 50,000 liters/hr and above. OSMOSIS PROCESS
  • Osmosis is natural phenomenon that takes place when two solutions at different concentrations are separated by semi permeable membrane
  • Under this condition, pressure is created that force solvent through membrane from dilute solution to concentrate solution
  • Movement of pure solvent is called osmosis & pressure at which it occurs is called osmotic pressure

REVERSE OSMOSIS
  • When pressure is applied gradually to concentrated solution, a stage is reached when there is no flow of pure solvent through membrane and through excess pressure, pure solvent starts flowing through membrane from concentrated solution to diluted solution.
  • This movement of pure solvent separation from concentrated solution is called Reverse Osmosis.
  • The mechanism of reverse osmosis is different from filtration in that physical holes may not exist in RO membrane.
  • Such holes have never been found, even with microscopes of highest magnification.
  • It is more likely that water & smaller-molecular-weight organics are able to diffuse through membrane polymer by bonding between segments of polymers chemical structure.
  • Dissolved salts & larger-molecular-weight organics would not permeate membrane as readily, however, because of their size & charge characteristics.
  • RO membrane is also able to obtain nearly absolute removal of suspended particulates that have no means of traversing membrane except via mechanical lesions.
