The PC based Peel Bond Tester is designed for a hassle free operation and error free reporting. The mechanical unit is powered by a geared motor to ensure a steady rate of traverse and constant pull / push on the test material. The motor is controlled using a VVVF drive capable of providing different rate of traverse as required. The Jaws are designed in one end to hold the Peeled piece and the other end holds the sample. The jaw holding the Peel moves upwards during testing and stops once the portion is peeled off. Salient features
